fry9 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between fry9 ("fry9", "we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "User") who accesses, registers with, or uses the fry9 online betting and casino platform at https://fry9.io and all associated subdomains, mobile-responsive pages, and services.

By creating a fry9 account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any fry9 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the fry9 platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the fry9 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this Agreement.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a fry9 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fry9 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification may be requested at any point, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension.
• You must be an individual natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and associations may not register player accounts.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on fry9 or any affiliated platform at the time of registration.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of an employee of fry9 or any of its game providers, software vendors, or affiliated entities.

fry9 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your fry9 account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and communications sent from your account — whether or not you personally authorised each action.

You must keep your fry9 Login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use another player's account. fry9 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication for all accounts.

You must notify fry9 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. fry9 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account to prevent further unauthorised activity.

fry9 reserves the right to carry out identity verification ("KYC") checks at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to unusual account activity. You must cooperate fully with any KYC request by providing requested documents — such as a national identity card, passport, or utility bill — within the timeframe specified by fry9. Failure to complete KYC checks may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.

fry9 may suspend, restrict, or close any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder does not satisfy the eligibility criteria; (b) fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity has occurred; (c) the account is being used to facilitate money laundering or other financial crime; or (d) the account holder has breached these Terms in any material respect.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the fry9 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). fry9 does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT deposits or withdrawals. The following transaction rules apply:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Accepted Deposit Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever possible. fry9 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above ৳50,000.
• Processing Times: Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within one to four hours. Bank transfers may take up to three business days.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. fry9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

fry9 reserves the right to apply transaction limits, request source-of-funds documentation, or delay processing in circumstances where anti-money-laundering compliance procedures require it. These measures are applied in accordance with international financial crime prevention standards and are not intended as a discretionary restriction on legitimate players.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on fry9 — including sports bets, live bets, casino game wagers, and crash game entries — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product. These product-specific rules are published on the relevant game or market page and form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general betting rules apply across all fry9 products:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the fry9 system. A bet is not accepted until you receive an on-screen confirmation bearing a unique bet reference number.
• fry9 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted at incorrect odds due to a manifest error, technical fault, or pricing error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your fry9 wallet.
• Bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of placement — whether due to a system error, delayed data feed, or player abuse — will be void and the stake forfeited.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are available on the relevant betting market page. fry9 reserves the right to limit bet amounts on any market at any time.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome or payout, the fry9 records held in the platform's database shall be the authoritative record. The decision of fry9's disputes team is final.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. fry9 accepts no responsibility for the inability to place a live bet during a suspension period.

For cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — the Duckworth–Lewis–Stern (DLS) method applies to any match affected by weather or abandonment, unless otherwise stated. Markets on abandoned matches that do not reach the minimum qualifying number of overs will be void.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

fry9 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to verified fry9 account holders who are 21 years of age or older and who satisfy the eligibility criteria for the specific promotion.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying game contributions are stated on the individual promotion page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player unless otherwise stated. Duplicate accounts used to claim multiple bonuses constitute bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• fry9 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled, any qualifying bets already placed under the promotion terms will be honoured.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• Free bet credits expire as stated in the individual promotion. Expired credits are forfeited automatically.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fry9 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the fry9 platform to engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other form of financial crime.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software agents, or any other automated means to place bets, access markets, or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to obtain an unfair advantage. Players who identify a bug must report it to [email protected] immediately.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or market.
• Attempting to access the fry9 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Registering under a false identity or using another person's identity, payment credentials, or account details.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting on sports events available on fry9.
• Using the fry9 platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as an unlicensed agent or reseller of fry9 services.

8 Intellectual Property

All content available on the fry9 platform — including but not limited to the fry9 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of fry9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fry9 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any fry9 content without prior written consent from fry9.

Any unauthorised use of fry9 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal liability under applicable Bangladeshi and international intellectual property law.

9 Privacy & Data

fry9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at fry9.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the fry9 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

fry9 uses your personal data to: verify your identity and age; process deposits and withdrawals; detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, and bonus abuse; provide customer support; and comply with applicable regulatory and legal obligations. fry9 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

fry9 retains transactional and account data for a minimum of five years following account closure in compliance with anti-money-laundering record-keeping obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected], subject to fry9's legal retention obligations.

10 Responsible Gaming

fry9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe environment for all players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered fry9 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit caps on your account to control spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your fry9 account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fry9 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the fry9 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

fry9's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited into your fry9 account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fry9 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical faults. fry9 reserves the right to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, which may temporarily interrupt access to the platform. fry9 accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability during maintenance windows or due to factors outside fry9's reasonable control, including internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or acts of government.

You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk and that all bets placed on fry9 may result in a loss of your staked funds. fry9 accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred during legitimate use of the platform in accordance with these Terms.

12 Amendments to These Terms

fry9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, fry9 will provide notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or by displaying a prominent notice on the fry9 platform prior to the change taking effect.

The amended Terms will be effective from the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of the fry9 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using fry9 and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document indicate the currently applicable version of these Terms. Archived versions of prior Terms are available on request.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to fry9's operating jurisdiction. fry9 operates as a platform targeting the Bangladesh market and conducts its activities in accordance with applicable international online gambling compliance standards.

In the event of a dispute between you and fry9 regarding any aspect of these Terms or your use of the platform, you must first contact fry9 support at [email protected] to seek resolution. fry9 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, fry9 may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution process.

fry9's decision on matters of bet settlement, bonus eligibility, account status, and fraud investigations is final and binding, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under applicable law.
